Swimwear, shorts/tanks, two towels and something for your feet. No underwear or day clothing permitted.

One towel is for sitting on inside the sauna. The other is for drying off. Hire towels available on-site.

Footwear, the ground between the sauna and the plunges is sharp pebble. Flip-flops or pool shoes do the job.

A dry robe or a dressing gown too, if you have one, for sitting out afterward.

No oils, scrubs and sprays permitted.

Changing space gets tight when we're busy, so come in something easy to get out of, and leave jewellery at home — metal gets hot.

Changing rooms, hot shower available.

Water to hydrate but available on site from own well.

NO PHONES, DRINKS, SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE SAUNA.

NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED ONSITE.

Yes, if you buy individual tickets.  The sauna accommodates 6 people per 50 min session. €15 per person per session.

Private Hire is available in 60 minute sessions only – To reserve yours book all 6 tickets. €90 per sessions. We can only accept private hire bookings as a single group booking, rather than individual bookings.

No under 16s allowed to use Sauna site. 17-18yrs must be accompanied by an appropriate adult.

There will be someone available onsite at all times when sauna is open. They will be available to walk you thru your first sauna session.
